Eric's Day 1 of Insanity and healthier life style for 2013!

So as y'all know.. my husband and I have done the insanity workouts in the past. We both lost several inches and pounds last year as a result to a better diet and steady workout regimen and once I found out I was pregnant.... well, things kinda got lax. Anyhow.....!

I am going to document and record both of our weight loss and inch loss progressions throughout the year (Mine will be on the day of delivery in April, hehe) so that way we can see how we are doing, progressing, ect. I know it's going to be a hard journey ahead of us and a few out there might even doubt our attempts but all I'm going to do, along-side my husband is just smile and let the numbers and photos do the talking :)

So here is Eric's stats for Jan 1st. Day one.

Weight:     213.8       (goal for April by the time Jensen arrives is 185-190)

Day 1 of the Insanity Fitness Test

1. Switch Kicks          140(individual kicks) 70 set = both l & r kicks once =1? IDK how they count it.)
2. Power Jacks           57

5. Globe Jumps            3
6. Suicide Jumps         10
7. Pushup Jacks          10
8. Low Plank               30 (individual) or 15 (as a set for one on each side counting 1)

Needless to say I'm very proud of him and his fit test resulted in him puking up part of our lunch today in the bathroom - oops!

Anyhow -- wish him all the best as I know we will need it on his journey! Here's to the start of his healthier life style for 2013! <3
