So I'm on day 3 of the Advocare 24 day challenge.
In the first 10 days.....
No grains.
No rice.
No potatoes.
No dairy.
Nothing Fried.
No creamy sauces.
No red meats
(beef or pork)
Low to no sugar.
All Veggies.
Fruits.
White Meat
(chicken and fish).
WOAH.
I have my moments of weakness.. and I've been whining and bitching.
I LOVE dairy. And rice. And potatoes.
And it's hard (for me) to not have ANY of that.
(I want this super power right now...)
BUT. The products themselves so far are working. :)
I'm currently down 4 lbs. YAY!
I've also seen inches go down too!
(I need to find my starting measurements)
But here are today's current:
Neck: 13.5
Pit around: 36
Nip (bust fullest): 41
(I have wide settled implants so take this with a grain of salt.
These probably won't budge much no matter how much working out I'll do.)
Ribcage around: 34
Waist: 34
(just above my belly button. I have a short torso and this is where the bend of MINE begins)
Belly Button around: 36
c-section pooch: 39.5
Arms: 12.5
Hips: 42.5
Calfs: 14.75
I'll post more this weekend on where I'm at at if I'm still sane ;)
This is my before photo on day 1:
I was 187 and bloated from the weekend. (185 now!) We had close friends/family come in and we ate a ton of stuff with high sodium which makes me swell so fast. I'll add more this weekend, too.
