Okay quick pix!

First pic is 5 weeks and I had just finished my insanity workout (a Friday) I found out the next day I was pregnant!) my waist over two months went from a 38 to a 32. I was around 185/188?

The second pic is 28weeks and 200 lbs. I'm not even done yet. :x bitty boy grows strong and healthy! :)

More stuff soon <3

Hello 3rd trimester!

So this last week I weighed in at my old drs office for the last time (before we transfer back to the medical center with our new doc) and It finally happened. I just tipped over into the 200 lb range. Ugh. I'm now 15 lbs heavier (my lightest out of the 3 pregnancies at 28 weeks) and we are looking at roughly 8-10 weeks to go. I've had contractions on and off the last few weeks and last night being the worst.

I don't think we will make it to April 21st. I had to resched my regular doc appt for today to the 13th (grumble) but the cool thing is we are doing the 3d/4d ultrasound that day too. Ill be 30.5 weeks then :)

Emma and I are also getting the green snot congestion signs that we are getting sick. Dammit. I don't know if we got it at taekwondo or gymnastics but its the first one I've been "sick" and not with morning sickness this pregnancy.

Not sure if we are having a VBAC ( vaginal birth after 2 csects) or a 3rd csect when the time comes but I know regardless... This weight loss journey is going to be a real bitch come time when I'm cleared to work out. I bet Ill gain another 8-10 lbs between now and April. And I usually drop 10-15 right out of the hospital. I'm predicting to weigh 199 coming home, just like with Kaelyn.

I have a treadmill in line, as well as the insanity program lined up, but balancing calories, workout, an trying to keep up with breast feeding seems like a science project I haven't studied for yet. We will see what happens once all falls in place but if bfing messes up again (even with the pump that's about to arrive) I'm going to jump the pity party and go all out. I want to weigh 145 by my sons 1st bday next year so I will have a ton of work to do. Hopefully with the synthroid I'm o. Too will help aid in the process. I never was on it right after the previous two births so maybe this time ill have a little extra aid in that area.

Anyhow. I'm nervous and excited all the same. Not sure if anyone reads these posts anymore... But if you are, even one person... I promise you Im going to bust my ass to get there and work hard every single day. Signing out for now. :)

Ill return with photos and 4d pix of my son in a few weeks.

Eric's Day 1 of Insanity and healthier life style for 2013!

So as y'all know.. my husband and I have done the insanity workouts in the past. We both lost several inches and pounds last year as a result to a better diet and steady workout regimen and once I found out I was pregnant.... well, things kinda got lax. Anyhow.....!

I am going to document and record both of our weight loss and inch loss progressions throughout the year (Mine will be on the day of delivery in April, hehe) so that way we can see how we are doing, progressing, ect. I know it's going to be a hard journey ahead of us and a few out there might even doubt our attempts but all I'm going to do, along-side my husband is just smile and let the numbers and photos do the talking :)
